We do our best to keep everything accurate, but a couple of things to know:

  • Colors can look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • We may need to limit quantities, pull a product, or fix a pricing mistake without advance notice.

Placing an Order

When you check out, you're essentially asking to buy what's in your cart — and we reserve the right to decline an order if something seems off (fraud concerns, a pricing glitch, or an item that's out of stock).

Payment is collected in full when you place your order, following the terms in our Payment Policy.

Getting Your Order to You

All the details on timing, cost, and delivery live in our Shipping Policy. Just know that delivery estimates are our best guess, not a guarantee — carriers can run into delays sometimes.

If You Need to Return Something

Our Return & Refund Policy covers everything from return windows to what's eligible and how refunds work. By ordering with us, you're agreeing to those terms too.

Our Content Belongs to Us

Everything on our site — photos, text, logos, design — belongs to Aurahers or our content partners, and it's protected under copyright and trademark law. Please don't copy or reuse anything from our site without asking us first.

  • Interfere with how the site runs
